Pricing Policy & Condition Disclosure

All quotes provided by Freedom Flow Services are estimates based on the conditions described or visible at the time of quoting.

Actual job conditions may require additional time, chemicals, or labor.

Final pricing may increase if unforeseen conditions are present, including but not limited to:

Heavy staining or excessive grime

Thick mold, algae, or mildew buildup

Oil, grease, or chemical stains

Adhesive residue, stickers, decals, or tape

Paint, caulk, construction debris, or overspray

Overgrown grass or vegetation covering surfaces

Mud, sand, or debris buildup

Biohazards or hazardous materials

Neglected surfaces requiring extensive treatment

If such conditions are present, additional charges may apply based on the extra labor, chemicals, or time required.

Freedom Flow Services will notify the client whenever possible before proceeding with additional work.

Heavily Neglected Condition Clause

Surfaces that have not been cleaned for extended periods may be considered heavily neglected.

Heavily neglected conditions may require:

Multiple cleaning passes

Specialty chemicals

Additional labor

Extended service time

If a surface is determined to be heavily neglected, Freedom Flow Services reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Minimum Service Charge

Freedom Flow Services maintains a minimum service charge of $125.

Any job quoted below this amount will automatically default to the minimum service charge.

Chemical Use Disclaimer

Professional cleaning solutions may be used during service, including detergents, degreasers, mold treatments, and surface cleaners.

While these chemicals are industry standard and applied safely, they may potentially affect:

Sensitive plants or landscaping

Certain painted or oxidized surfaces

Previously damaged materials

Freedom Flow Services takes precautions to minimize risk; however, the client acknowledges that chemical treatments may be necessary to properly clean surfaces.

Property Damage Protection Clause

Freedom Flow Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Loose siding or trim

Cracked or deteriorated concrete

Failing caulk or sealant

Oxidized or fading paint

Loose vehicle decals or trim

Improperly installed surfaces

Aging or fragile materials

Pressure washing may reveal underlying issues that were previously hidden by dirt or buildup.

Clients agree to notify Freedom Flow Services of any known fragile areas or existing damage prior to service.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

Cash

Check

Credit card

Debit card

Electronic payment

Card Processing Fee

Payments made using credit or debit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Clients may avoid this fee by paying with cash or check.

Payment Authorization

By signing this agreement, the client authorizes Freedom Flow Services to charge the agreed service amount, including any approved additional charges, to the selected payment method.

If unforeseen conditions require additional labor or materials, the client agrees that charges may be adjusted accordingly.

Appointment Preparation

To ensure efficient service, clients agree to:

Provide access to the service areas

Move vehicles, furniture, or obstacles prior to arrival

Secure pets

Provide access to water if required

If additional labor is required to prepare the service area, additional charges may apply.

Photo & Video Authorization

Freedom Flow Services may take before-and-after photos or videos of the work performed for documentation and marketing purposes.

These images may be used in:

Social media posts

Website galleries

Advertisements

Promotional materials

Freedom Flow Services will not disclose personal information such as names, addresses, or identifying details without permission.

By signing this agreement, the client grants permission for Freedom Flow Services to use photos or videos of the serviced areas for promotional purposes.
